Although one may concerned with the texture ans taste of the gel, you'd be surprised that it really doesn't have a taste or smell at all.
We recommend 2-3 tablespoons/day
Up to 3-4 weeks refrigerated in a glass container or up to 6 months in a freezer safe container.
It is safe for children over 5 years old to consume in low quantities as compared to adults. Children under 5 years old, please consult with your health care provider.
Dry sea moss will remain unspoiled as long as it isn't subjected to conditions that will cause it to spoil. Keep it stored in a well sealed container/bag that is out of direct sunlight, moist, dark damp areas where microbes tend to flourish.
Sea moss gel will last up to 3-4 weeks as long as it is kept in a glass container refrigerated. We recommend making only what is needed and using it daily to avoid spoiling it,
Due to natural high levels of iodine in sea moss gel, it i snot recommended you consume both. You would need to replace your supplement with the gel if you so choose or abstain from using.
We try to accommodate all requests if we can. Please send us an email with you request
